Heather Ferrari is a business coach, author, and straight-talking truth teller who has spent her career helping high-performing professionals stop running someone else's race and start winning their own.
As the founder of Heather Ferrari & Company, Heather works with executives, entrepreneurs, and sales leaders across the mortgage, insurance, and financial services industries — people who are already successful by every measurable standard and still feel like something isn't working.
She specializes in the gap between where her clients are and where they know they should be — and she closes it fast. Her coaching approach is built on three non-negotiables: honesty, results, and the belief that real change only happens when someone is willing to look at the full picture — not just the wins.
Heather is the author of Confessions of a Coach, a candid, story-driven look at the patterns, blind spots, and hard truths she has encountered across years of coaching real people through real challenges. The book doesn't offer a highlight reel. It offers a mirror. When she's not coaching 1:1 clients or leading group programs, Heather is building community at hfbomb.com — a space where ambitious professionals come to get honest, stay accountable, and finish strong.
She shows up to every room — including this one — with the same commitment: to tell you the truth, hand you a plan, and stand in your corner while you execute it.

Vanessa Jude Cafiero, L.Ac., LMT, is a licensed acupuncturist and massage therapist who has studied Reiki and energy work for nearly two decades. She's the founder of Emerge Holistics, a TEDx speaker, and author of Sober Stitches: A Practitioner's Map for Rewiring Your Reality.
At 22, a car accident left her with three traumatic brain injuries. A neurologist told her brain cells don't regenerate, and that she'd need to manage her symptoms for the rest of her life. That prognosis wasn't something she was willing to accept, and it became the catalyst for the decade that followed: meditation, acupuncture, and the work that became her framework, Regulate, Release, Repattern.
Since then, she's worked with thousands of clients, one-on-one and in groups, guiding them through breathwork, somatic release, and nervous-system regulation. Her approach is direct, results-driven, and centered on the root cause, not just the symptoms. She believes the body was designed to heal itself. Diagnosis is not destiny, and she's spent her career proving it.

Melissa Nyman is an opera singer, composer, and sound healer who brings together her deep musical background with the transformative power of energy work. She earned her Bachelor of Music degree in Vocal Performance/Opera from Long Island University and a Master’s in Classical Composition from SUNY Purchase. While her early career focused on performance and composition, a Reiki training sparked her interest in the energetic side of healing.
Melissa first met Vanessa as her voice teacher, and through their shared fascination with how the voice carries emotion and energy, they began collaborating on workshops that combined sound, movement, and healing. These experiences deepened Melissa’s curiosity about how specific frequencies can influence the nervous system and support energetic balance.
That curiosity led her to complete her Yoga Teacher Training at Emerge. What began as a personal growth journey became a powerful experience of self-discovery and integration. Today, Melissa blends her background in music, Reiki Master certification, and sound healing training to offer a unique approach to sound and energy work.
At Emerge, she teaches yoga, assists in sound and energy workshops and trainings, and serves as Media Director, helping share Emerge’s offerings with a wider audience. Her work reflects her belief that sound is not just something we hear but something we feel, guiding the body and mind toward harmony and healing.
This retreat is intentionally designed for a small group of women leaders seeking space to grow personally and professionally.
Three days to pause, reflect, reconnect, and return with greater clarity and intention.
