Judy Zozzaro is the Founder of Strategic Leadership Pathways, an author, speaker, leadership coach, and business strategist dedicated to helping women leaders, entrepreneurs, and professionals lead with greater clarity, confidence, and purpose. With over three decades of experience in the financial services and commercial real estate industries, Judy brings a deep understanding of growth strategy, operational excellence, and people development to every client engagement.

She created Lead Yourself First because she believes the strongest leaders aren’t defined by how much they accomplish, but by how intentionally they invest in themselves.

This retreat was designed as a space where women can pause, reflect, reconnect, and return home with renewed clarity, meaningful connections, and a practical plan for their life, leadership, and business.

Women trust Judy because she leads with authenticity, integrity, compassion, and heart, creating spaces where they feel seen, supported, and empowered to move forward with confidence.

"For years, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside women who excel in leadership, business, and service to others.

Again and again, I noticed a common pattern: many were achieving success outwardly while quietly carrying stress, uncertainty, and the pressure of constantly putting everyone else first.

I believe that lasting leadership doesn’t begin with a title or a business strategy; it begins with how we lead ourselves.

That belief became the foundation of Strategic Leadership Pathways and inspired the creation of Lead Yourself First, a retreat designed to help women reconnect with themselves, gain clarity, and move forward with renewed purpose."
